Pumpkin Chai Caramel Frappe

A delicious vegan pumpkin chai frappe with homemade caramel drizzle for those early fall days that still feel like summer. ๐Ÿงก

INGREDIENTS

  • ~ 3/4 c of strong chai

  • ~ 1 heaped tbsp of Liv B's pumpkin sauce

  • ~ 2-3 frozen bananas

  • ~ 1/4 c coconut milk

  • ice, ~ 2 handfuls

  • 1-2 tbsp caramel sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Steep two bags of chai in boiling water for about 10 mins.

  2. Remove tea bags and let cool.

  3. Add all ingredients except caramel to high-speed blender.

  4. Blend until there are no banana chunks or huge ice chunks but it's still icy and has a frappe consistency.

  5. Add more milk in very small amounts, as needed, if blender gets stuck.

  6. Drizzle caramel sauce into a cup.

  7. Pour frappe and enjoy!
